Every Nurture + Leaf vessel is packed with intention. We use compostable, low-waste materials and plastic-free cushioning to ensure your reclaimed terracotta arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping within the United States:

• Small pieces: $8

• Mid-size pots: $12

• Large or heavier vessels: $16

• Humboldt County Delivery: $5

• Local Pickup (By Appointment): Complimentary

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information the moment your parcel begins its journey home.

Packaging

Your order will be cushioned in compostable paper wrap, biodegradable tape, and recyclable boxes. We do not use plastic fillers of any kind.

Local Pickup

If you choose pickup, you’ll receive an email to schedule a time. Pickup is available at our home studio in Fortuna, CA by appointment only.

Delivery (Humboldt County)

We offer $5 doorstep delivery within select Humboldt County areas. Delivery windows will be coordinated after purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit delays are outside our control. If your package appears lost, please reach out — we’re happy to help initiate a claim with USPS/UPS.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the box and item. We’ll replace the vessel when possible or issue a refund.
